The short version
We collect what the product needs to work — your account, your shifts, your crews — and nothing else. We don’t sell your data. We don’t show your personal schedule to anyone you haven’t shared it with. Ever.
What your manager can and can’t see
This matters enough to say here, not just in a help article. If your workplace joins ShiftGlance as a managed workplace, schedule data you entered yourself is shared with your employer only if you explicitly consent — per person, revocable. Declining keeps you in your crew, and published schedules still reach you. Crew and direct messages are never visible to managers or employers.
What we collect on this website
If you join the waitlist or book a demo, we store what you typed: your email, role, company, and location count, plus the campaign parameters that brought you here. We use it to contact you about ShiftGlance and for nothing else. Analytics on this site run on Plausible, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data.
Questions or deletion requests
Email support@shiftglance.tech and we’ll handle it — including deleting anything you’ve given us.
