Pricing
Per location. Never per person.
Employees never pay — the app, widget, swaps, and chat are free for staff, forever. Managers pay one flat price per location, so a big roster never raises the bill.
For your staff: free. Forever.
The app, the widget, swaps, and crew chat cost your team nothing — and never will. That’s what makes switching stick: there’s nothing to make anyone pay for or log into twice.

Before you ask
The questions every GM asks first.
Straight answers — including the two features we don’t have.
About an hour for most single locations. Add your staff to the roster, they join with a six-character code, and you build next week in the grid — most of it copies forward from the week before. Each employee’s part takes two minutes: install, join, add the widget. And there’s no long contract on our side to escape from, ever.
For employees: nothing, ever — the app, the widget, swaps, and chat are free. Managers pay per location, not per employee, so a big roster doesn’t cost you more. The numbers live on the pricing page; joining the waitlist locks in early pricing.
No. Anyone you add to the roster is on the schedule whether or not they ever install the app — they show up in every view like everyone else. And the week view prints clean, if the office door still wants its copy.
No, and we won’t pretend to. ShiftGlance does the schedule, the coverage, and the conversation around them. Payroll export is on the roadmap so hours can flow to your payroll provider — running payroll stays their job.
Not yet. POS integrations (Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed) are on the roadmap, so sales data can inform staffing. If a POS integration would decide this for you, book a demo and tell us which one — that is genuinely how we order the list.
Next step
Get the schedule off the office door.
Book a fifteen-minute demo, or join the waitlist and we’ll have you set up before your next schedule is due. Staff join free — that part never changes.
